Got Bike insurance, bike got damaged during the start of the pandemic. So far so good. Fast response after filing my claim on the site. Got clear directions on what to do next and what to expect. They asked me to bring my bike to a shop, they will strip it and mail it to do assesment and possibly repair. This is even better than my car insurance!!!! Could not recommend it more. I just discovered it via strava premium perks!!!

They were transparent and the online claim form was very simple, making it easy to submit a claim. From initial claim to settlement, the whole process took less than 2 weeks, which I thought was very impressive!
