Top FAQ's
What value should I insure my bicycle for?
For bicycles purchased new and less than 2 years old, we suggest insuring your bicycle at the recommended retail price. For bicycles older than 2 years or purchased second hand, the total bike value should be reflective of the depreciated value, starting from the original date of purchase. We apply 20% for the first year and then a further 10% for each subsequent year thereafter.

To make it easy, we have put together an approved locks list detailing specific examples of locks that would be approved and a minimum requirement when securing your bicycle to an immovable object. If you have a lock that isn’t on our approved locks list, please feel free to send through the model number or images and we would be more than happy to review this for you.
